We serve families from Montrose, Grand Junction, Paonia, Hotchkiss, Cedaredge and other towns throughout Mesa, Montrose and Delta counties. From vantages throughout the community, residents love to take in the majestic Grand Mesa views and the beautiful, colorful sunrises and sunsets so common to our area.

Whether it is designing sun hats together, enjoying afternoon tea, playing cards, or joining the book or painting groups, there is always something to do in this community. Crossroads at Delta participants in the Veterans Administration Aid and Attendance Program, which helps veterans and their spouses to qualify for sizeable pensions to help with monthly rental costs.
